Heirs of God

His Love Bestowed Upon Us

"See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God" (1 John 3:1) As believers we can rest in this hope that God has given to us through Jesus Christ.  For he has chosen us before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and blameless before him. (Ephesians 1:4) Through God's sovereign will before the creation of the world, those who are saved have become eternally united with Christ Jesus. What a wonderful thing God has done for us and to his good pleasure. This should bring hope and peace to our hearts and minds knowing that God himself has chosen you, has chosen me, to be the heirs of his salvation, if we believe in him.
