Rejoice in Hope

Peace with God

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into his grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. (Romans 5:1-2) We were once at war with God. A lawless rebellious people, but when we come to Christ we are reconciled to God. The sinner's war with God is ended forever. We now have the availability to access God because of Jesus Christ and are permanently secure in the joy of God's grace. ​

Lord, I come to you with a humble heart. Thank you for the joy you set before us. Thank you for the grace and hope that you have given to us through Jesus Christ. I give praise and worship to you. May it be pleasing to you. What a glorious day! My heart is overwhelmed by your goodness and mercy. It is in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
