Strength for the Saints

He Will Go With You

For the Lord your God is going with you! He will fight for you against your enemies, and He will give you victory! (Deuteronomy 20:4 NLT) 

What encouragement we have in God's Word. He will go with us! We are not fighting this fight on our own for he is our strength and our fortress. Psalms 18:2-3 states: The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.

Lord, I come to you with a humbled heart. I come before you with praise. You alone are worthy of praise. It is in You I have my strength. You hem me in on every side and protect me from my foes. Your strength  will carry me and Your Word will guide me. May  I keep Your Word in my heart so that I do not sin against you. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer. Thank you for Jesus Christ who has taken away the sins of the world for those whom believe You are the Son of God. It is in Jesus precious name I pray, amen.
