The Spirit of God Searches Everything

1 Corinthians 2:9 states: "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him" --

What a beautiful thing the God of all creation has done for us. These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God (vv. 10-11).

Lord, I come to you with a humble heart. Thank you for the Holy Spirit that witnesses with my spirit about the things of God. For it is that same Spirit that lives within me if I am a child of God. Thank you for preparing what is beyond my imagination for me. Thank you for loving me and sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my penalty against you. For we are all sinners and fall short of Your glory. May all that I do and say today be a pleasing sound and sweet smell to you as I lift my voice in prayer and worship. May You hear the prayers of Your servants today, Give us Your strength to continue the race set before us. It is in the name Jesus we pray, amen.
