They Will Return
A Road to Walk and A World to Reach"Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation." (Mark 16:15). The risen Christ sends His disciples into the world. As Christ followers our life is not yet a place of rest but a road to walk and a world to reach. We do not go out on our own for King Jesus is on the throne. After commissioning His disciples He was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.(v19).
Therefore, as King of the universe, Jesus is seated now on the throne. Yet, Christ, by His Spirit, continues to work. We are not alone as we walk this road. Jesus is with us! He will be with us to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). So, go, go out and preach the good news to the ends of the earth. There are lost souls in need of hearing. How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ alone through grace alone (Romans 10:15). And how will they believe unless they hear (v14). The battle is heating up! Are you suited up in the armor of God and ready for the battle? (Ephesians 6:12). Lord, I come to you with a humble heart. Please forgive your servant when I sin and fall short of your glory. May we be ready and clothed in the armor of God. You are our strength and our shield. A very help in time of danger. The spiritual battle is heating up. The world has lost its love for godliness and truth. May we, as Your children, seek strength and encouragement in Your Word. May we not stray from it. May it be as frontlets of our mind. Give us this day the eyes to see and feet that move bringing the good new to those who will believe You are the Son of God. May our prayer be a pleasing sound as we lift our voice in praise. May our voice be a pleasing sound as we make request of help and strength that can only come from our LORD and Savior. It is in the name of Jesus I pray, amen. A Continual Process and Lifelong Journey

Paul's Strengthening in Prayer for the Saints
God is One: Building On This FoundationThe Lord called on His people to listen, to receive the truth about Him so that the truth might mold and shape the way they lived.
Yahweh is the triune God. The one true God exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 6:4-9 Hear, O Israel; The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. God calls us to live a Bible-saturated life so that the truth of Scripture fills us to overflowing and spills from us in our speech. Then, by speaking God's powerful Word, we make other disciples of people who love the Lord and seek to walk in the way of devotion, reflection, and instruction because they, too, serve the only true and living God. This is the path of discipleship. LORD, I come to you with a humble heart. I fall on my knees and ask forgiveness of my sin against you. You are the one true God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is no other. May I never forget Your promises and commandments so that I may bind them to my heart. May Your Word ever be within reach of my mind that I may walk in Your ways. May the truth of Your Word fill my heart to overflowing and spill out from within me to Your honor and glory. Thank You for Jesus Christ who has taken away the sins of the world. All that are called will never be taken from Your hand. May your servant be pleasing to you today. May our prayer be a pleasing sound to your ears as we lift our voice in prayer. It is in Jesus name I pray, amen. The Kingdom Is Not Easy ShakenHaggai 2:6-7 states; For thus says the Lord of hosts: Yet once more, in a little while, I will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land. And I will shake all nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts.
This massive one final shaking of earth will be brought in to give glory to the Lord. What will be left will be only what is desirable by God. Let the Church awaken. Let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:28-29). May we not slumber or be lulled to sleep by the world. In a little while, a little while He shall come. Are we ready? Lord, I come to You with a humble heart. May You hear our prayer as we request forgiveness for sinning against You. I fall on my knees before You for you are God of my Salvation. You alone are worthy of praise. May we not be lulled to sleep by the world. May we keep watch so that we may always be ready for the day when You will take Your bride home. Lord, give your Church the strength to stand firm on the foundations of Your Word given to us and not shrink back in fear of what man may do. May we speak Your truth found in the Scriptures that have been handed down to us. The world is crumbling before us and man has fallen in to deep depravity. Help those who love You to stand on Your promises. You will never leave us nor forsake us. May those who have an ear listen to the calling on their hearts. A calling to accept that we are all sinners in need of Your forgiveness. We should all be dammed to eternity in hell forever separated from You. But thanks be to God you have provided for Yourself the ultimate sacrifice to satisfy your wrath. Your one and only Son Jesus Christ. Turn, turn to Jesus while it is still today. Surely my soul in silence waits for God from him is my salvation. He is my rock and my salvation my stronghold I shall not be greatly shaken. It is in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior that we lift up our prayer. May it be a pleasing sound to your ears. Amen. |
